The interface between PayScale MarketPay and JDXpert allows customers to more easily manage job descriptions and align pay. Users can import an interface file from JDXpert that contains pertinent job information and view it right from MarketPay. You can also export information from MarketPay and bring it right into JDXpert. Control how the information appears in JDXpert or use our attractive set of building blocks as a guide.
ADP, Cornerstone, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, and more
These are some of the more common third party systems that JDXpert has seamlessly transferred job information with in the past. Each export is similar in nature and completely customizable by the client. Simply outline which fields are needed from JDXpert and provide the desired format. Fields can be combined as needed, for example, a qualifications section can include: Education, Experience, Skills and Licenses – in just about any ordered format. JDXpert will output the job descriptions as requested in flat file or Excel format on a scheduled defined by the client.
Similar to the systems identified previously, a BrassRing interface can be customized by the client. The client would provide which fields are needed and the formatting and JDXpert will output individual XML files, one per job, to BrassRing. The client can receive an Excel file listing each job uploaded along with the data.
